Welcome to our exclusive holiday apartments in Staffolo, a charming town in the Marche region. Situated on a spacious 8,000 sqm property, our apartments offer an unparalleled panoramic view of olive groves, fields, vineyards, and in July, the breathtaking sight of vibrant yellow sunflower fields and meadows. On one side, you can admire the picturesque silhouette of Staffolo, while on the other side, you can enjoy views of Castelbellino and Cupramontana. In this direction, our neighbor has planted cork oak trees for truffle cultivation. Immerse yourself in this idyllic setting and experience an unforgettable stay in our holiday apartments.

On the property there is a main building with a granny annexe (l`Undici) with separate entrance. Next to it there is a detached house (bottega) with a separate entrance.

Prices and availability

The flat has 28 sqm. It has a kitchenette, a living room and bedroom, a shower room and a private south-facing terrace with sunshade and garden furniture. The flat is designed for 2 persons, cot and high chair are available on request.

Bed linen and towels are changed weekly and there is a colour TV with satellite connection, fan, Wi-Fi and hairdryer.

The flat is lovingly furnished in country house style. Some of the cushions and tablecloths are self-sewn, unique pieces made of valuable fabrics, e.g. Marimekko and Bussatti from Tuscany. The crockery in the kitchen is mostly Umbrian ceramic.

In the bedroom there is a double bed, a wardrobe, 2 armchairs, a small table and a colour TV.

In the kitchen/dining room there is a sofa that can be converted into a bed for 2 children. The lying surface is 1.20 m x 1.90 m. The living area of the Bottega is 39 sqm.

Guests also have access to the shared laundry room, barbecue area and various terraces and seating areas around the swimming pond for sunbathing and yoga.

There is an unchlorinated natural swimming pond with water plants and frogs on the property. Depending on the weather, algae may form. You are welcome to swim in the natural pond at your own risk. It is surrounded by some artworks and panoramic terraces that invite you to sunbathe or do yoga.

Lavender, thyme, sage, rosemary ..... and other Mediterranean herbs grow on the property. If you feel like it, you are welcome to harvest and use the herbs for cooking.
Botanical rarities such as Speierlinge (flourberry) can also be found. The grapes may also be picked.
